Fast Track is your first month of CrossFit, tailored to you. After registering, we will contact you to schedule your 3 Personal Training (PT) sessions. During those sessions, you will be instructed through a warm-up, skill session, and workout, all under the watchful eye of a Level 1 or 2 CrossFit Trainer. Each session will be tailored and scaled to your particular needs. After your initial 3 PT sessions, athletes may elect to take more PT sessions for $50 per session. The remainder of your first month includes Unlimited classes. This membership auto-renews into the CFER Unlimited membership ($150/mo.) and prorates your first partial month so future payments will be occur on the 1st of each month.
